Survey-Grade Data Collection & Floodplain Analysis Since 2017
Since 2017, FORCE Asset Management has been the go-to partner for survey-grade data collection, utility mapping, and floodplain analysis across Texas and nationwide. We combine advanced drone technology with field-proven expertise to deliver accurate, actionable data for developers, engineers, government agencies, and surveying professionals.
Real projects, real results, real partnerships
Jones Maltsberger Road is one of those busy San Antonio corridors where accuracy and speed matter. When a valued client needed reliable mapping to support roadway improvements, they knew the work had to be done quickly and safely—without sacrificing precision. That's when they brought in FORCE.
From the start, we treated this project as a true partnership. Our goal wasn't just to deliver data—it was to deliver peace of mind. The client needed a complete, dependable dataset to guide planning and engineering decisions, and we made sure every step of our process supported that outcome.
We deployed small drones equipped with LiDAR sensors and high-resolution cameras to fly the 1.2-mile stretch of Jones Maltsberger Road. With traffic and multiple intersections to account for, we designed flight paths with extra overlap to ensure seamless coverage and accuracy.
Our field crews and data specialists worked in lockstep, validating every detail. The focus was on turning complex aerial captures into clear, structured information that the client could immediately put to use in their design workflows.
In just two weeks, the client received:
Managing large, mission-critical facilities requires more than just what you can see above ground. The South Carolina Army National Guard needed to better understand and document the underground utilities across 11 facilities totaling more than 300,000 square feet. To achieve this, Atkins and Marstel-Day contracted FORCE to provide the specialized expertise required to complete the work with accuracy and efficiency.
The goal wasn't simply to locate utilities—it was to deliver dependable data that could be integrated into CAD and GIS systems, supporting facility planning, maintenance, and long-term risk management.
Contracted by Atkins and Marstel-Day, FORCE deployed a blend of advanced technologies and field-proven practices to systematically capture utility data across all sites. Our team used:
Every step of the process followed ASCE standards for depicting subsurface utilities, guaranteeing the deliverables were accurate, consistent, and ready for immediate use.
Through this effort, FORCE delivered:
Advanced technology meets field-proven expertise
ASCE standards compliance with multiple verification methods for dependable results
LiDAR drones, GNSS, ground penetrating radar, and photogrammetry
Direct deployment from our central hub—never subcontracted
CAD & GIS integration with engineering-ready deliverables
Current elevation data for permits, subdivision, and construction
Streamlined processes that respect your project timelines
Whether you need floodplain surveys, utility mapping, or development-ready data, FORCE delivers the accuracy and reliability your project demands.
